Nicole has a passion for education with nearly 10 years’ experience in the education sector in Victoria. Nicole has two young children and their commencement at the local kindergarten sparked her interest in the early childhood sector, resulting in her appointment to the ECKA Board in late 2021.

Nicole believes in the transformative power education holds and its ability to shape the lives of young children. It is this alignment with ECKA’s values and their stead-fast focus on quality education for all children that drew Nicole to ECKA.

Nicole holds a Bachelor degree and has completed further studies with Swinburne University.
