About Us

Eureka Community Kindergarten Association

Enriching children's lives through learning

Established in 2003, the Eureka Community Kindergarten Association Inc. (ECKA) is a not-for-profit organisation approved by the Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET) to deliver quality, accessible early years education and care services that achieve improved outcomes for all young children.

Through our work with children, families, communities and governments we commit to enrich children’s lives through learning. There is overwhelming evidence that the early years is a vital period in children’s learning and development and we commit to supporting children to maximise their potential through the provision of quality education and care in their formative years.

We align with the UN Conventions Rights of the Child, as we believe that all children have the right to an education that lays a foundation for the rest of their lives, maximises their ability, respects their family, cultural and other identities and recognises children’s right to play and be active participants in all matters affecting their lives
