With 2 young children starting their education journey, the opportunity for quality education in a strong community is important to me and ensuring that all children have access to the same opportunities.
With over 15 years’ experience in operational and strategic leadership in Human Resources with specific experience in Talent Management, People Development and Workplace Safety. I have a passion on working with organisations to ensure the strategic focus on people, with a particular focus on ensuring employee experience through engagement and organisational culture.
I joined the ECKA Board in May 2022 and have previous board experience for a not-for-profit charity.
