Appointed to the board in 2022, Felicity is a passionate educator and leader with extensive experience in schools. As Principal of a local primary school, Felicity is committed to developing strong school leadership, community connections and high-quality teaching to ensure all children are successful. As a mother, Felicity is acutely aware of the importance of years 0-5 for a child and is driven to ensure all children receive first class care and education.

Felicity has a Bachelor of Education, (Honours), Master of Education Policy, (International) and a Graduate Certificate in Principalship. She has worked across both primary and secondary sectors as a teacher, coach and school leader in Australia and the United Kingdom.

She has also worked in the non-for-profit space in regional and remote communities to address social injustice around educational inequity. Her research explored the factors that undermine rural student’s access, participation and success at university and approaches which improve outcomes for these students.
