Operating since 2003, ECKA provides Management and Employment Services for 28 separate Kindergarten, Long Day Care and Occasional Care Services in regional and rural communities in Ballarat and surrounding areas. All of ECKA’s Education and Care Services either “meet” or “exceed” the National Quality Standards.
